An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 30, 2024

This 45-minute full body workout can be scaled to any fitness level.  This class has rotating stations that use weights and your body weight to build muscle and burn fat while building a strong aesthetic body.
