BodyScript™ features a safe, near-infrared technology. This technology allows for accurate measurements of muscle, body fat percentage, and water in less than a minute, without the need to remove shoes or socks.

BodyScript will give you results on the following body metrics:

• Essential fat
• Reserve fat
• Excess fat
• Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
• Lean body mass (LBM)
• Body mass index (BMI)

You can track your progress and results using our NEW CENTRE app by opening the Fitness Assessment tile and scanning the QR code on the BodyScript unit.
