Welcome to Human Performance. It is our mission to ensure outstanding, scientific-based coaching that will engrain proper movement patterns and improve strength and power. The focus will not only be on-field performance, but off-field intangibles such as character, leadership, and comradery.
Our 8-week Edge program will use tools to identify baseline movement and performance values, followed by training programs designed to focus on imbalances, weaknesses, and the overall needs of the team.
