Open to the community.

We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at The CENTRE, Rolla’s Health & Recreation Complex.

Here’s what you can expect:

Event Highlights:

• Facility and medical integration specific tours
• Informative presentations on MyFitRx
• MyFitRx information table
• Tech Booth showcasing the latest fitness technologies, BodyScript™ demos, and complimentary blood pressure screenings
• Drawings for exciting prizes, including $50 in FitFunds and a complimentary one-week pass

Classes and Workshops:

• 11:00AM -12:00PM : Q&A with a Personal Trainer
• 1:00 – 2:00PM: Clinician table
• 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM: Observe a supervised MyFitRx exercise session

Additional Activities:

• Chair Massage
• Forever Young group exercise class with Andrea
• All attendees that fill out an Exercise Recommendation Form will be entered into a drawing for complimentary MyFitRx enrollment
• Enjoy light snacks and beverages to keep you refreshed

Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? With MyFitRx, you can choose one of 10 specialized pathways designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
