The Centre, Rolla’s Health and Recreation Complex, offers a wide variety of group exercise classes designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and those new to exercise classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our classes, including yoga, Pilates, cycling, Zumba, aquatics and more.

Receive in-depth training in a small group setting, and work toward your goals at your own pace. Sessions cost less than with private personal training.
What to Expect
– Light strength training along with mobility, posture and balance exercises to help you improve your fitness level.
– Cardio and flexibility exercises designed to leave you feeling and moving better.
– Exercises that can be customized to your fitness level.
All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Sessions expire 1 year from purchase.
