Open House Week event details

• Special offer – $0 enrollment for new members who join February 12 – 16.
• Guided tours – Explore our expansive new 6,000 sq. ft. fitness floor boasting cutting-edge equipment and dedicated zones for cardio, strength, and functional training.
• Drop-in group exercise classes – Dive into energizing group exercise sessions! Classes include Monday High Fitness from 5:30 – 6:30 PM, Wednesday SPIN® class from 5:15 – 6:15 AM, and Thursday POUND® class from 6:30 – 7:30 PM.
• Drop-in small group training classes – Work towards your goals in a small group training setting! Join Justin on Monday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, Gianna on Monday from 12:00 – 1:00 PM, and Justin on Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.
• Open Swim – Family fun awaits! Splash into the weekend in our beautiful pool on Friday, February 16 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
• BodyScript™ Scans – This 10-second scan uses near-infrared light to analyze your body composition, revealing key metrics like muscle mass, body fat percentage, and even your metabolic rate.
• Tech booth – Discover our CENTRE mobile app and virtual programming platforms for flexibility in your routine. Stop by and discover how these platforms can support your goals on Tuesday from 12:00 – 1:00 PM and Friday from 4:00 – 5:00 PM.

All participants who visit The CENTRE during the week will be entered to win one prize from our prize drawing on Saturday, February 17. Winners will be notified of their prizes on Monday, February 19. Four winners will receive one of the following:
