The Arthritis Exercise Program is a low-impact physical activity program proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. It was designed by physical therapists specifically for people with arthritis, although you do not have to have arthritis to participate. The routines include gentle range of motion, strength, and cardio exercises suitable for every fitness level.
Youth ages 12-17 are not permitted to work out on our Fitness Floor without first taking a Youth Fitness Orientation class. This will teach weight room safety, etiquette, and how to use the machines. Classes are scheduled as needed.
