An event every week that begins at 6:05 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

A yoga practice for all levels designed to focus on the connection between mind and body. This class will encourage breath with movement through yoga poses and meditation techniques. Instructors rotate for this class between Amber, Nicole, Kui, and Nina.
