An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Friday, repeating until February 26, 2021
This class is designed to learn the basic movements used in a water fitness class. Beginner level to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Registration is required. 6 spots available – first come first serve.
