Change your weigh

Trying to lose weight? Be healthier? Live longer?

Improve nutrition and exercise habits in our 7-week program. We will review the tenets of a healthy lifestyle in a fun and supportive group setting. Together we’ll learn ways to get stronger, improve muscle mass, and disease prevention to live healthier, longer lives. Plus, participants will have a fitness assessment at the beginning and the end of the program.

2 sessions per week: 1 hour with dietitian, 1 hour with trainer
