Frequently Asked Questions

Updated Phase 2

Updated Track Usage Guidelines in Effect September 29th, 2020

  1. Runners and walkers must always maintain 6 feet of distance from other runners and walkers on the track. When the track is being used by more than one person, walkers should use the inside lane of the track and runners should use the outside lane of the track. Both walkers and runners should be in or move to a single file to ensure runners are able to pass with 6 feet of space. Walkers and runners have the responsibility and are obligated to make sure other users are able to distance themselves.

  2. We highly encourage walkers and runners as able to wear a mask while on the track, and specifically as you are passing another walker or runner. If you are unable to pass by a walker or runner without 6 feet of space, please do so wearing a mask.

  3. This policy will be updated as the Rec Advisory Board, Management, and City of Rolla see the needs of our community changing.
